Expounding on the Interview with Zak Paine (@RedPill78) and Ivan #PenceCard Raiklin; 8/25/22

I. American Political Deep State History/Context:

1820s-30’s Modern Democratic Party formed

1854 – The Modern Republican Party was formed in Wisconsin. This was the beginning of the modern duopoly.

For 170 years these 2 parties represented 99+% of the political power over American people, with some minor exceptions in modern history such as Martin Luther King, Jr., and when Donald J. Trump became the first President to not be a previous politician nor general.

II. FBLie

1908 – The Bureau of Investigations (BOI) was formed and later became known as the FBI.  Hoover was Assistant Director of BOI 1921-1924; Director of the BOI 1924-1935 and Director of FBI when it was renamed from 1935-1972. Hoover served a total of 48 years (Deep State). Being in that position for this many years he was able to develop relationships and dig dirt on any and all political opponents as he was able to outlast any President or member of Congress.  Hoover used the FBI as a personal enforcement arm.  Hoover, in his 48 years as FBI Director, spanned the presidencies of FDR’s 12 years in office, Harry Truman, Dwight Eisenhower, John F. Kennedy, Lyndon B. Johnson, and Richard Nixon. Recall that Senators serve for 6 year terms, Presidents up to 8 years after FDR, and Congressmen for 2 year terms.  This puts J Edgar Hoover in a VERY connected and powerful position and the culture of the institution is that of increased corruption, as seen next.

1956-1971 – Cointelpro (Counter Intelligence Program) – J Edgar Hoover’s FBI covert and illegal surveilling, infiltrating, discrediting and disrupting domestic American political organizations. Were they involved in the political assassinations of JFK, Robert Kennedy, MLK, Malcolm X?

1971 – Nixon took us off the gold standard, petro-dollar, and opened the door to China

1973 – Joe Biden arrives into office as U.S. Senator of Delaware (when Nixon was President)

Joseph R. Biden was sworn into office and by the 95th Congress. He served on the Judiciary, Intelligence and Foreign Relations Committees at a time when the FISA Act is passed Biden was on the Foreign Relations, Judiciary and Intel Committees and the Secrecy Subcommittee when FISA was passed. WOW!!! What a Coincidence!!!

III. Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act

1978 – The American people were getting perturbed— why was the FBI spying on political opponents?  WeThePeople and Congress wanted to set some parameters and limitations on this overreach.  The FISA (Federal Intelligence Surveillance Act) was passed and the FISC (Federal Intelligence Surveillance Court), was established by Congress.  Who set up the legislation for the FISA Court?  The Judiciary and Intel Committees of the Senate and House. Initially the FISC consisted of 7 judges to issue warrants when the FBI came around and said “hey, we need to spy on this domestic terrorist (parent speaking out), believe they may be involved with foreign influences”.

The only entities that can provide oversight over corruption with the FISA process is the Senate and House Judiciary Committees, particularly the Chairmen. Is there any oversight for a warrant request to make sure it is valid and has probable cause vs. one that is not?  Not really.   The FBI presents to the FISA judge their Woods File Ex parte – An ex parte decision is one decided by a judge without requiring all of the parties to the dispute to be present.  The ‘victim’/target of the spying is not informed nor represented.  This can quickly lead to government (FBI) overreach. Which we have seen with the Crossfire Hurricane and Crossfire Razor Counterintelligence investigation, which are the equivalent to the COINTELPRO operations of previous years, see above. While I agree that in some circumstances it is okay to spy to identify foreign national security threats, there needs to be an oversight mechanism in place.

In 1978, the FISA law designated the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of the US to be the one who would appoint all 7 judges who were already serving on the federal bench. So, the President appoints and that appointment is confirmed by the Senate Judiciary Committee and the full Senate. Granting much influence over the process by the Chair of the Judiciary Committee and Senate Majority Leader. Biden served as ranking minority member from 1981 to 1987 and from 1995 to 1997 and chaired the committee from 1987 to 1995.

At that time, Chair of the House Judiciary Committee then was Democrat Peter Rodino and Senate Judiciary Chair was Democrat James Eastland

It is also important to know who the U.S. President was at the time when FISC (Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court) Judges were appointed, who served on the Judiciary Committee and who was the Senate Majority Leader as they would be confirming the initial federal judicial appointment and then the Chief Justice of SCOTUS would subsequently appoint those judges to the FISC.

In 1978, the first Chief Justice under this framework was:  Chief Justice Warren Berger was appointed by Nixon (Republican) was president when appointed, Carter President in 1978 when the FISC came into play.

Second Chief Justice was William Rehnquist, appointed by Regan (Republican).  Vice-president was George HW Bush (a former CIA director).  Do you think that Bush had an influence over who was chosen for Chief Justice?  Yes; He was Congressman, Ambassador to the United Nations, RNC Chairman, Special Envoy to China and then Director of the CIA before becoming Reagan’s Vice President.

Bush was to Reagan as Pence was to Trump. The Deep State’s caretaker/handler.

Third, William Rehnquist dies and a new Chief Justice was appointed in 2005, John Roberts by George W Bush (Republican), the Vice President was Dick Cheney.  John Roberts, Chief Justice, is the one who appoints judges to the FISA Court – the ultimate authority of who allows the FBI to spy on an American citizen.

Patriot Act of October 2001 increased the number of FISA judges from 7 to 11 and Chief Justice Roberts (Bush appointee) had appointed all 11 FISC judges by 2012.  Again, Patriot Act of which Mike Pence drafted under the Bush presidency and Cheney vice presidency.

Data points:  In 2005 President George W. Bush appoints in May 2005 U.S. Attorney for the District of Maryland Rod Rosenstein and September 2005 Chief Justice Roberts. Rosenstein becomes the only one of 93 US Attorneys to remain under Hussein Obama and subsequently Donald J. Trump. He served as the longest serving US Attorney in our nation’s history for 12 years (deep state much?).  Remember that he later became the deputy attorney general in 2017-2019, the one charged with signing FISA’s on behalf of the FBI to the John Roberts appointed FISC judges. Coincidence?

IV. Prelude to the 2016 Spying on Trump/Flynn/Stone/Manafort/Page/Papadopolous

Enter Mike Pence. Pence served as US House of Rep for 12 years, 2001-2013, then he became governor of Indiana. Reminder … Speaker Paul Ryan (R) (Wisconsin) was in Congress the same time that Pence was.
