The Committee on House Administration (CHA)

is the U.S. House of Representatives Committee which has responsibility over three main topical areas as outlined by its three subcommittees: Oversight, Modernization and Elections. Two of these three committees are of utmost importance in order to expose and remedy the Coup of 2020-2021.

First, the Subcommittee on Elections can spearhead the effort to pass a resolution to start the process to schedule a joint session of congress that meets the requirements for a quorum as outlined in the 12th Amendment. Most are still not aware that the Joint Session of Congress on January 6, 2021 lacked a quorum. Nancy Pelosi, Kevin McCarthy, Mitch McConnell and Chuck Schumer agreed to only allowing 11 Democrats and 11 Republicans from each of the House and Senate to participate on the House floor durin gthe joint session, thus not meeting the 34 States represented in the House minimum (not 22) and 67 US Senators minimum (not 22) to meet the 12th Amendment quorum requirement. Now that the CHA had their first Organizational meeting on February 2, 2023 and their first hearing on February 8, 2023, with the witness being the Architect of the Capitol, to expose his lawless use of government funds, we can now move on to more important matters. However, before we do, the testimony of J. Brett Blanton, the Architect of the Capitol (AoC) showed that he was not at the Capitol on J6 😳 and let his daughter or wife improperly use the AOC Command vehicle regularly on family trips. See the AoC Inspector General report. Though he deserved to be removed and face consequences, so do most of the people mentioned in this substack, outlined below.

While the February 8 hearing resulted in the demand for and subsequent removal of the Architect of the Capitol (one of the 3 voting members of the Capitol Police Board). The hearing failed to address any substantive structural security issues. Keep in mind that the Sergeants at Arms and the US Capitol Police Chief were asked to resign by Nancy Pelosi and Mitch McConnell on January 7, 2021. However, the Architect of the Capitol (AoC) remained on the job until last week, even though he was not at the Capitol on January 6, 2021. Instead, he was “teleworking”. By his absence, the protection of the capitol was left to two voting members of the Capitol Police Board (the House Sergeant at Arms Paul Irving and the Senate Sergeant at Arms Michael Stenger) and one non-voting member, the USCP Chief Steven Sund. The committee must delve into and investigate the security failures and decision-making that day, without the luxury of being able to interview the “deceased” Senate Sergeant at Arms, Michael Stenger, which unfortunately allows the House Sergeant at Arms Paul Irving the ability to create a narrative that cannot be rebutted of his interactions with the Senate Sergeant at Arms.

Nonetheless, The SubCommittee within the Committee on House Administration that would be responsible for the full, complete, and total investigation into January 6 and the run up to January 6 is the Subcommittee on Oversight.

Subcommittee on Oversight has the responsibility for Capitol Security:

The Subcommittee on Oversight has responsbility for Securing the Capitol Complex for Members, staff and visitors and is a priority for the Committee. The Committee oversees the management of the Library of Congress, Sergeant at Arms, United States Capitol Police, Architect of the Capitol. Although the more believable, yet incomplete report written by the Republican minority in the 117th Congress led by Congressman Jim Banks is here, now in the majority, this subcommittee can really get to the bottom of several unaddressed issues from January 6, at once:

1. Library of Congress-Remember that there were reports of a bomb being placed at the Library Congress on January 6.

2. The US Capitol Police have jurisdiction over the pipe bombs placed at the DNC and RNC on January 5 and found on January 6.

3. Former House Sergeant at Arms, Paul Irving, needs to be investigated for his role of keeping the US Capitol complex completely unsecure on January 6 and refusing the only member of the US Capitol Police Board- who advocated for greater protection that day-from receiving additional needed resources to secure the Capitol, USCP Chief Steven Sund. Irving needs to be questioned about all of his interactions and decision-making between Pelosi, Daughter Pelosi, Son-in-Law Pelosi, John Sullivan, Ray Epps and any other federal actors participating in the apparent J6 Pelosi coup.

4. Architect of the Capitol Brett Blanton along with anyone else who worked on or for the Capitol Grounds should be questioned about any exchanges they had with the following individuals:

USCP Deputy Chief and then Acting Police Chief (Jan 8, 2021-July 23, 2021) and then again Deputy Polic Chief for Intel and Interagency Coordination Yogananda Pittman-what role did she play in the facilitated unlawful entry and failure to evacuate to ensure the press got their “insurrection”. And she was rewarded by Zoe Lofgren with a 3x paying job as head of security at UC Berkeley (Zoe Loggren’s district). Was it because she participated and was instrumental in the coup?!

USCP General Counsel Thomas “Tad” DiBiase-He would have been the one to sign off on all criminal referrals that were sent to the DOJ for persection and prosecution by US Attorney Matt Graves in coordination with Yogananda Pittman and Stephen D’Antuono and DC Metro Police Chief Contee.
